Wedding Thank You Notecards on Etsy!

As the Wedding season is upon us once again, I have a recent addition to the hmacdo paper + ink on-line Etsy shop. I would like to send a huge "THANK YOU" out to Ms. Cecelia Wong in Singapore for her recent purchase. I am currently receiving orders to create bulk quantities and custom sets made to order. You can request to match your wedding palette and even add your names and wedding date on the inside if you like! I will have a sample of these in purple to post here soon...

Super cute 3.5 x 4 inch thank you note card with rounded corners, hearts and the inscription "Your thoughtfulness is a work of heart" printed on the inside hovers over a deckled paper edge. Printed on fine arches paper 90lb stock with an epson inkjet printer. This sweetheart card, embellished with a red stain hand-tied bow is as sweet as it is elegant and perfect for weddings. Comes with a handmade envelop 3.5 x 5inches in vivid poppy red! A great addition to include with your next token of appreciation. Buy a set for your wedding here!

Women's Fitness: Constructing Motion Graphics for Geobeats

Screen shot: Intro graphics for chosen branding concept

This week's motion graphics work for Geobeats surrounds the branding of the Women's Fitness series. After submitting 3 potential designs, the chosen concept for this graphics package makes use of many nested (pre-comped) layers and square-shaped masks in AfterEffect. Some use of stock photo images were also incorporated to help depict a mood of both femininity and strength.

Screen shot: Lower-third motion treatment

Creating the Women's Fitness lower-third motion began by using graphic elements from the intro but re-appropriated in AfterEffects using the alpha brush tool to create the effect of each outline animating on screen and off again to display the instructors name and affiliation.

Exotic Cocktails: Constructing Motion Graphics for GeoBeats

I was illustrating tropical drink ideas for Geobeats Exotic Cocktail Series a few weeks ago. Who knew there were so many varieties of glassware shapes for fruity drinks!
